Whether you need to get your commercial or residential HVAC system replaced or have a new system designed or installed, we know there are a lot of decisions you’ll need to make. When you call or email Walley’s, you will be warmly greeted and connected with a Project Coordinator who will assess your project’s specific details. Next, we’ll schedule an in-person consultation with a Project Advisor, who will come out to discuss the project with you in more detail. We offer 3-hour scheduling windows from 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday, based on your preference. Once you select a convenient time, we will coordinate everything from where to park, which door to enter, etc., so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

After you schedule your in-person consultation, we will send you an email that both confirm the details of our upcoming visit as well as informs you as to what to expect for the duration of our appointment. We will send you reminders in case you need to reschedule, or you simply forgot. On the day of your appointment, we will call or text you (whichever you prefer) to notify you as to when your Project Advisor will be heading your way. We want to make your project as convenient and hassle-free as it can be, so we’ll keep you in the loop so that you always know and can be prepared for our visits. No surprise visits!

Your Project Advisor will arrive eager to better understand your HVAC system’s needs, wants, and situation. At no cost to you and on average lasting an hour, our in-person consultation will give you a chance to communicate your HVAC vision with one of our experts, who is well-versed in all of the HVAC systems we offer. This consultation allows us the chance to get to know you and to communicate how our team can possibly accomplish your plan. Your Project Advisor will get your permission to take photos and notes in order to craft a custom proposal just for you. No pressure sales!

Using the photos and notes from your appointment, your Project Advisor will work with our in-house Project Designers, to find your perfect HVAC system and generate a custom and comprehensive proposal. Your proposal will include basic information like pricing, project details, and project timeline. You will also receive an informational packet about the proposed HVAC equipment with upgrades, and optional add-ons so that you can further customize your system. Lastly, we’ll introduce you to the team with whom you’ll be working. You’ll receive your proposal 24 hours after your consultation, and we take most methods of payment including financing. After the Site Survey, we will make any necessary changes to your proposal and send it to you to sign and place your deposit. With electronic signature and flexible payment options, you can conveniently accept your final proposal from your own home. Once you accept and place your deposit, we schedule the install for a suitable date for you while offering flexible scheduling discounts. In this project coordination phase, we file all required permits and relevant documentation, order the equipment, and inspect the equipment for defects upon its arrival. All members of your HVAC installation crew review the plan. We are ready for install!

Sit back and relax, hang out with the crew, or get some work done with the peace of mind that you have the best crew in New Hampshire and Massachusetts installing your HVAC. We arrive on time, and if we don’t, then we’ll credit you with a discount. We set up floor protectors in all of our work areas while also wearing booties to protect your house. We will update you whenever we need to disconnect any of your services, how the project is coming along, and if we need to do any drilling. When we are finished, we will fine-tune, polish, and let your new HVAC system run and break in while we leave our work space cleaner than it was when we arrived.

After the installation of your HVAC system, we’ll schedule a complimentary appointment in conjunction with your city/town inspector to ensure that your system is compliant and running smoothly. Your Service Manager and Project Advisor will assist you with any of your remaining questions, and they’ll give you a walkthrough of operating and managing your new system. They’ll also work with the city/town inspector to resolve any outstanding issues keeping your system from compliance so that your system passes inspection on this day. When your Quality Audit is complete, you’ll be assured your system is to code and operating at its highest efficiency.
